If truly you are a Nigerian you must have heard about the two house hold names, Konga and Jumia, they are the top two competing and most popular e-commerce sites in Nigeria where you can get some varieties of goods ranging from bags, laptops, phones men wears, women wears and a whole lot of things The big questions that keep bothering some of us and which has been answered several times on social media and in real life are as follows

There is no doubt that I personally prefer online shopping to offline shopping and in today’s stroll I am going to air my viewon some of the question that is bothering most of us concerning the konga and jumia issue so please read on.

Actually this is a tough question because nobody with his or her actual sense can stand up boldly and say that it is jumia or konga , why am I saying this? Because the competition is very high and it keeps increasing day by day though if you ask me I will say that i prefer konga to jumia *wink . OK take a look at the reasons why am saying this.

Their speed of delivery

The last time that I shopped at konga I got my goods delivered to my door step at Enugu within a matter of four days, that sounds good right?

Price of their goods

You would agree with me that the price of goods at konga is cheaper compare to that of Jumia. When it comes to jumia ,one thing that I like about them is that they hardly run out of stocks and when they do it don’t use to take them much time to restock and make the goods available for their customers and when it comes to total amount of commodities jumia has the highest total amount of commodities compare to konga .

2 konga vs jumia which one is reliable?

Let me start this by telling you what happened the other day that I ordered for cloths (tops to be precise) on jumia. It took them so long (like 2-weeks) to deliver the cloths and when they finally delivered them I found out that the cloths wasn’t what i ordered for, it was a substandard of them and what pained me most is that I went on to look for that same cloths that I ordered for at jumia in the market and bought some of them there (standard) at a cheaper price WTF?.

And in konga’s own case I have never had any delivery issues with them but one of my friends recently did, let me tell you what happened to him, he ordered for a HP Laptop on konga during the konga yakata week and he waited for it to be delivered to him but to no avail ,he waited for like 6 working days but the laptop have not yet been delivered so the guy decided to call konga customer service and when he called them they simply said that his order is yet to be shipped and that they can’t offer any more info. Though they later delivered the Laptop to the guy but that was after he have vowed not to shop again on konga.

3 konga affiliate vs jumia affiliate program

The two Nigerian e-commerce giants are running an affiliate program which allows bloggers and website owners to earn from their blogs/websites by referring buyers to their website (konga.com and jumia.com) and the question here is, which one between the both of them is more reliable? for me am currently using Konga affiliate on this my blog , the reason why i choose konga affiliate is because Jumia on its own use to change its platform almost every year,and whenever they change their platform your data would be erased (I.E your earnings).
